I just recieved my new phone last night,
it is on contract. But has no free internet.
So, in other words, i shall not be using the internet what so ever.
However,
Im worried that while the phone is in my pocket, it will manage to unlock, and open the internet - costing me moneys.
Is there anyway, i can make it so even if it got to the stage of opening internet, it would do nothing at all? So i've got nothing to worry about?

Oh, and is there any way i can make it so i have to hold the "unlock" screen longer? Or disable the unlock button at the top?

I can not remember the 4 digit keypad unlocking code. Is there a bypass code to reset it??

i have had the red LG Xenon for a while now and i love it. But i am having trouble with the favorite contacts page (you know the icon that looks like a person next to the homepage).
I want to change them but i can't figure out how. I already added some but i would like to add more and take some out, but it won't let me. When i go to that page there isn't anything that says i can add more or take away contacts. Has anyone ever had this problem and how can i fix it?

Okay, I just used my phone earlier today.
It's a minute phone, and I have minutes on it and I'm still able to use it an everything (well besides this)
My son was playing with it and I have no idea what he did to it lol.
My phone has done this before but a good ol' power cycle usually clears it up. But to no avail. I was wondering if there are any other tricks that may fix this crap? Because this si awfully inconvenience.

Hey when i put my memory card in it says card not ready. I have a sandisk 256mb. Am i supposed to do something befor i put the card in to get it to read because it doesn't seem to be doing it now. Thanks

I have a pink lg venus phone, And I'm sick of charges for web browsings, that I'm not doing, company says they can't block the web browsing, and basically says I'm lying and surfing the web. How do I disable web browsing from my cell phone itself, I talk I text but nothing else...Any help wouold be great

I'm having a problem with my IP address.
AT&T uses a text IP address, while this phone only accepts numerals.
The fn key will not adjust to text when attempting to add an IP address. If anyone could please help that would be appreciated

Hi, I need help with changing the time on my LG Rumor.
Daylgiht savings time just came into effect last night, meaning all clocks went back by an hour or were manually set back by an hour.
With the exception of the clock on my LG Rumor, which is still showing the time as it was. It's 9:47 am for me, 10:47 am for my rumor.
How do I change this? I looked online and tried turning off the phone and turning it back on as advised to no avail.

Can you tell me where I can get a user manual in english for the LG LP-5900

Some great info regarding the LGVX8700. I may be doing something wrong regarding preparing to transfer to my Mac, but nowhere on either of my 8700's can i access tools>USB Storage Device (not in tools list) What am I missing? Thanks for all the great contributions! joyboy52
