Just wondered if anyone knows how to move a game over that you buy.

I bought tetris for my older sony phone but it's locked on that phone when i wanted to move it over.

Not sure if this is possible tho.. blummin £5 down the drain!

I'd like to run PocketSphinx (ht tp://w ww.speech.cs.cmu.e du/pocketsphinx -> PocketSphinx - Sphinx for handhelds) on my mobile phone. I already installed SphinxBase, PocketSphinx and so on in Ubuntu Linux. Now I'd like to install it somehow on Sony Ericsson k750i. Can anybody help me how to run examplary application (HelloWorld.jar) on mobile phone? It looks like it may be somehow different than other applications.

Ive just got this phone today and I am stuck at the setup wizard screen. I press the green button under next to get to the next part and nothing happens. Is it something im doing wrong or is it faulty?

Why does SE have there two lines, why not just incorporate the best of there two into one awesome line. I understand that the one is a walkman line an the other focuses mainly on the camera aspects, but incorporating the two into one awesome line would be great. Please tell me your thoughts. Thanks

Hi there.

I'm having problems with my w890i, it resets its self sometimes, when i'm on a call or just using it in general. Is there a problem with the phone? Wat should i do? The screen goes blank then it vibrater once an the red light on the back turns on. If anybody could assist? Thanks

Hello, I am new to the forum. I am sure hardly anyone uses these phones anymore, but I really like them. I currently have three, but only one works. Here are my questions:

My current service provider is ATT. Two of my 226's are Cingular phones. The other one is an older ATT Wireless, before cingular merger.

My current ATT sim card works in both of the Cingular phones, but when I try to use it in the ATT Wireless phone, it will not start up and says "insert correct SIM card" - will the newer ATT sim cards not work in pre-cingular phones? Or, is there another problem going on that I am not aware of.

One of my Cingular 226's has a problem where it freezes up. You put in the battery, the screen comes on, you can make calls, but then the whole phone freezes up and you cannot do anything to restart it but remove the battery. Then, you re-power it up, and it will do the same thing again after making one call.

Also, can you get a USB cable for these phones? I have a CommuniCam, but don't know how to get the pictures out other than emailing them, which is expensive. Can the photos be transferred to the phone and then pulled out on a USB transfer?

I was thinking of getting the Sony Ericsson c510a and thus I've been reading a lot about it. Apparently it supports facebook and youtube and e-mailing. So does that mean I need a data plan in order to use that? :confused:

Sony Ericsson’s What’s Next webpage blog has made it known that there is some secret announcement. After looking at the page's HTML coding, they apparently spotted "Rachel".

It's probably safe to say that November 3rd will be the officialy announcement of the Xperia X3 Rachel. Update on the features are: 4 inch WVGA display, an 8MP camera and a 1GHz Snapdragon processor. This is Sony Ericsson's first Android smartphone.

I have a Sony Ericsson Walkman W600. I love the phone, and have never had a problem with it. However, yesterday, something strange started happening.

Basically, the phone isn't registering when I have an outgoing or incoming call from a number within my contacts. For example, if I receive a call from "ICE 2", instead of saying "ICE 2 calling", the number associated with that contact comes up instead.

If I call a contact by scrolling through my contacts and selecting it, it comes up during the call as "calling contact X", but, in the history, it just shows the number I called, and not the contact.

If I look at my call history, it's spattered with (and seems to have no pattern) with some calls being attributed to a contact, and others just attributed to the number associated with a contact.

Nothing out of the ordinary happened the day before the problem began, aside from my incoming call ringtone expiring. Perhaps this had something to do with it? Maybe not. I'm just sort of at a loss.

The phone is otherwise awesome, and I love it, but this is just sort of annoying. Is there a known fix for this problem, or do I just need to live with it?
