A Chinese company has made a Michael Jackson phone. That's right, another disgusting way to monetize someone's death. It's complete with plastic diamonds, 'Jackson styling', a performance DVD, and 'exclusive quantities'. I'm sure this is all officially licensed merchandise. Here are some pics of this turd:

I need some advisement on technology pertaining to keeping ex-wife out of my cell phone. She goes over my house daily to let our dogs outside. There are times I forget to take my cell, and she tries to go in and read the text messages.

As such, I am still using a Motorola e815 which allows for locks on applications. That works well, but the e815s are getting old and its hard to find good ones these days.

I have Verizon. For the last few years, no verizon phones have the option of locking applications (messages, pictures etc). It appears that the e815 was the last to offer those functions.

So.... I understand that there are some MetroPCS phones that have these options, and can be unlocked to support functionality on the Verizon network. Is that correct?

My questions are:

1) What phones offer application locking ability?
2) Can they be unlocked and used on Verizon?
3) How do I unlock them, and how do I obtain a SIM to work on verizon?

hi, guys, i'm the proud owner of a L7i for the last 3 years and its till working fine, but, time changes and i have more needs, so i was thinking in buying a new phone, but surely need help. specifically i want the following in my soon to be new cellphone:

Things that i really want in a cellphone

-Camera/video: im really a fan of recording things and my current phone just lack o camera quality
-battery life: i dont want to be charging my phone every day
-phone durability: like i said, my current phone have spend 3 years with me, i just hope my next one does for at least 2.
user friendly: i don't want a phone only for people with and IQ of 200, or one that takes me 8 steps to check my text messages.
-WiFi: just want it.
-Applications: here is where i really need help. you see i'm a college student (hotel administration) and i really felt in love with and application that the iphone has, is kind it like recipes for drinks, which is really useful for me, i was hoping other cellphones can do that but i'm not sure.
-Bluetooth: for wireless pc conection

Thing that i really dont mind in a cellphone:
3G: cant afford to pay the same service in a phone, i prefer to check my emails in a pc.
music: i have an ipod so i dont really mind.

Can someone tell me what cellphone is it? At least manufacturer.

All of a sudden when I try to get images from my card on my env2, the images are transferred, but they are 0kb. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, is there a solution to this? Photos saved to the phone are fine, it's just the ones saved to the card that are emtpy files.

I have been searching for a cell phone that is unlocked, without a contract, has a QWERTY keyboard (that either flips or slides), is not too bulky, does not cost over $300, and can fit a universal sim card, like those of AT&T and GCI. I bought an LG Touch but my sim card didn't fit in it because it's only for Verizon Wireless customers, so something similar to that model. Thank you.

If you are looking for that luxury phone for the holidays, Christian Dior is getting ready to launch their new luxury phones in December of this year. They are clamshell phones in which two will be gold plated with black PVD coating and encrusted with sapphire crystals. These two handsets are said to be priced at $6,500 each.

Christian Dior's other two handsets will be encrusted with diamonds and are priced at $7,900 and $13,400 and are called Zelie and a white one called Zenaide.

The last Christian Dior phone will be cased in mother of pearl and is the Christian Dior Naicre, with a cost of $8,700.
