For you iPhone 3GS users out there that are crazy about videography, there's an accessory in the works that will help you use your 3GS just for taking videos. This mount that is like a game controller offers better stability and enhanced audio with this attachment that has a front facing mic and 37mm camcorder lens.
All you have to do is pop the iPhone 3GS into the mount, plug the microphone cable into the iPhone's headphone/mic jack and start shooting.

This device will run anywhere from $30-$50 once it's released.

It’s dangerous to work in muggy place or under hot sun during summer while globle temperature become higher and higher slowly. At the the same time, iphone may will be ill working in high temperature condition.A pple has warned iPhone users to keep a close eye on their devices during the current heat wave to avoid encountering overheating related problems.
“Operate iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS in a place where the temperature is between 0º and 35º C (32º to 95º F). Low- or high-temperature conditions might temporarily shorten battery life or cause the device to temporarily stop working properly,” Apple’s support page states.
In certain cases, the iPhone will display a temperature warning screen that will flag to users that their phones need to cool down before use. They may still be able to make emergency calls, however.

Okay....I have not posted before...

For my job, they first gave us regular cells with "Mike".
Then they decided to try "Palm Treo's".
Next came the "Blackberry's"...(which I liked)...
Now they have given us the Iphone 16GB! I would like to expand it's current functions...but cannot play too much as it is not mine....
So far I have done the new update and I am wondering what is out there that is safe for free?
I dont wanna waste time looking on sites and thought I would ask here...
Thanks in advance!:smart:

I recently purchased an iphone a88 from a friend. The problem that I am having is that when I hook the usb cable up to the side of the phone my pc wont recognize the phone until I pick a usb config setting and so far none of these option is picked up by the itunes program. I just want to put some music on this phone. I am currently having no other problems with this phone on my t-mobile network and I am unshure if this phone is just partially unlocked or if there is another problem. If you have any ideas please let me know.

This is the low down on our tools for use with the 3.0 firmware from Apple, read the whole post in full before attempting anything. Because of some bugs and unexpected changes this will be a multipart release, starting with the release of PwnageTool for Mac OS X. QuickPwn for Mac OS X and Windows will follow sometime soon, please don’t bug us about it, we are working flat out to get everything finished to release them.
GOLDEN RULE: If you are using a 3G iPhone with yellowsn0w and rely on yellowsn0w to obtain cellular service, then you should NOT use PwnageTool right now. UltraSn0w is not included with this release and therefore your baseband will be locked and unable to use an operator other than the official one it was bought for. UltraSn0w will be release via APT (cydia and icy) soon. If you have an original iPhone (1st generation) then 3.0 unlock works with this PwnageTool release.
Yellowsn0w in its current form will NOT work with the baseband version that is present in the 3.0 update, you will need Ultrasn0w, which will be released sometime soon, Ultrasn0w will work with all iPhone 3G models (but not 3GS), even ones that were previously unlockable, Ultrasn0w (when available) will be released via APT (this means you can get it via Cydia or Icy).
Please read all parts of this post before downloading and using these tools.
Read items 1, 2 and 3 again and again.
At the bottom of this post are the bittorrent files for the 3.0 capable version of PwnageTool.
This app is suitable for the recent 3.0 release.
PwnageTool will NOT work for the iPhone 3GS.
PwnageTool WILL work for Original iPhone (1st Generation), Original iPod touch (1st Generation) and the iPhone 3g

At This Time Supported Phones
iphone 2G >>> Jailbreak +Unlock
iphone 3G >>> Only Jailbreak Possible
ipod 1G>>>> Jailbreal Possible
ipod 2G >>> Not Supported
