i dont treat the phone bad or throw it around.
its always in my pocket with a plastic pen or somehting else thats not metal so i dont think they would have done anything to cause this.

I have only one problem. When the phone is closed, the lights won't turn off on circular dial. The stay illuminated red the whole time. The only time they go out is when the phone is off. I tried every option to turn of backlights, but these still stay on.

It's driving me nuts.:ah: Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
