Hi i have just bought a 3 year contract with bell with palm pre phone (for 200) and now i want to get the Omnia II which just came out is there a way to do that with out buying the Omnia II full price and without canceling my contract?

Bell Mobility removed its system access fee. At least that is what they say, but they didn't. Its a lie. They no longer charge the system access fee but they have increased the plans by 5 dollars. All the iPhone plans went up five dollars over night.

Now Bell has on its site a 2.00 charge for a printed copy of your bill. But there is a lot of confusion over it. Call Bell and ask them about it and one person says there is no charge, call back 10 minutes later and someone different will say its always been there. Wait a bit more, call back and the third person will say, "I'm sorry, 2 dollars for what?".

So instead of the system access fee at 6.95 a month, Bell is now charging 7.00 dollars a month - a $5 increase in the plans plus the $2 charge to get a printed copy of your bill mailed to you.

Bell Mobility has once again given yet another reason for Canadians not to trust them. Very sneaky.

Bell Coroporate has confirmed this morning that the new plans only apply to new activations. If you are already on Bell you get to pay 6.95 but if you are new you get to pay the 7 dollars. But if you don't want a paper bill mailed to you, you can opt out of the 2 dollar charge.

Bell is so corupt and so sneaky its not even funny.

Did you notice that Bell didn't make a big annoucement about removing the system access fee? Why? Because they really didn't. They just moved the money around then just for fun increase it by a nickel. Nasty.

If I purchase a Bell iPhone 32 GB 3gs from a Bell Mobility store, is it possible for me to put my current Bell SIM card from my Bell Blackberry Tour 9630 into the Bell iPhone and have it function fully with the plan I had on my Tour, which includes unlimited data?

Just wondering, because I know the Tour is a quad band world phone and works with CDMA, but Bell is now on SIM cards, so I'm not sure if that makes them GSM or not?

Another solution I was thinking of is if it is possible to get the plan on my current SIM card transfered to another SIM card that is compatible with the Bell iPhone

About a month or two ago my phone's (white LG Rumor) screen started fading, going completely black and even randomly turning off. I have never dropped my phone or spilled anything on it. I'm with Aliant/Bell and I called them to see what they could do about the situation, given that I haven't done any physical damage to my phone. They told me I would have to pay to get it sent to them, pay them to look for damage and if there was any damage I would have to pay for it and pay to get it sent back, not to mention paying a ridiculous amount of money for a loaner phone.

I'm on a three-year contract with Bell and believe me, if I could afford to cancel my contract, I would. I was just wondering if anyone knew if it would cost anything to get a new phone with Bell. Would they charge me for getting a new phone even if I'm on a three-year contract? Does it depend on what phone I choose?

I want to get the iPhone today which came out with bell however i live and go to school in thunderbay during the school year and on their coverage maps it looks like they dont cover the area. is it possible to find some legal contract loophole that lets me get out of my contract without paying the $400 cancellation charges so that i can get out and switch to rogers which does cover thunderbay?:confused:

HI, I have a solo contract and a crappy phone so I recently bought a nice bell phone but when I called the solo technician to have it switch they told me I was not possible is there any way to do it ??? I am stuck with the new phone I am willing to pay a lot

Hope you people can help me out. I won a Blackberry Tour from a Telus dealer (its says Telus on it). Ive got a contract right now until mid next year with Bell and don't want to buy it out. I want to make use of this phone by switching it over to my Bell contract. What do I need to do? Will getting it unlocked allow for me to get it hooked up on my existing Bell contract? Somone told me these two CDMA networks are not compatible with each other...

I am looking for a new cel phone after washing mine and having some issues. I want to make sure the cell phone works with Bell mobility and one that will be reliable. I have been looking for a phone that is bluetooth enabled. I also want it a slot for a SD or micro-SD card so i can listen to my Mp3 music. If anyone knows of a phone i should look at please let me know.

I've been with bell for a while now, and they locked me into some stupid contract for 3 years... I'm a year into it, and honestly I hate the service.. They changed my plan around without permission.. My charges went up from 30/month to 50/month...
